The staff was exceptionally attentive. The room was well-appointed and well-organised, including central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card.- The location was wonderful, just a pleasant stroll away from All Saints.

Everything was excellent, had an enjoyable stay for the two final nights of our stay. We had impressive and terrific room with great view, loved the location, it was stunning on promenade. Location: the hotel was right by Douglas, and the sea front.

Well-equipped room, bright bathroom with a tub. Had a sitting area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.
Very busy area.

Spotless and 1st class hotel with nice view over the sea. Particularly good and beautiful location near within walking distance to great restaurants, the Promenade, central to local attractions and the town Centre and Douglas Bay, could not be better.- Walking distance to a Manx museum.- Reasonably priced piano bar.

The location is very good on the promenade, unfortunately the horse-drawn tram will not run in 2019 due to reconstruction. The breakfast is rich. WLAN also good. Overall good price-performance ratio.
Somewhat outdated and very narrow corridors. According to its own description, it is three stars. The shower is also a bit old and only as a fixed shower jet.

The location is peaceful and handy, not too far from All Saints.

Great spot for our trip to the bay, just a short walk from here. The double room we had was recently updated, and it came with a sweet view of the sea! 🌊

Breakfast was super tasty and the selection more than sufficient.
You can hear everything in a room. But I don't mind personally, I sleep everywhere and all the time.
