Everything was excellent, had an enjoyable stay for the two final nights of our stay. We had impressive and terrific room with great view, loved the location, it was stunning on promenade. Location: the hotel was right by Douglas, and the sea front.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with clean amenities including free wi-fi and a lovely restaurant offering a hearty breakfast with options like Manx kippers. Conveniently located near a bus route for easy exploration of the area.

Well-equipped room, bright bathroom with a tub. Had a sitting area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.
Very busy area.

The location is very good on the promenade, unfortunately the horse-drawn tram will not run in 2019 due to reconstruction. The breakfast is rich. WLAN also good. Overall good price-performance ratio.
Somewhat outdated and very narrow corridors. According to its own description, it is three stars. The shower is also a bit old and only as a fixed shower jet.

Breakfast was super tasty and the selection more than sufficient.
You can hear everything in a room. But I don't mind personally, I sleep everywhere and all the time.
